1996 – 2000: Resident in Neurology, Department of Neurological Sciences, Sapienza University of Rome. Fields of interest and research: neurosonology, stroke, headache.
2000 – 2004: Physical Doctor in Neurosciences, Sapienza University of Rome and University of Perugia. Fields of interest and research: neurosonology, stroke, motor recovery, cerebral vasoreactivity, ultrasound contrast agents.
2002 – teaches Neurosonology at the school for Residency in Neurology, Department of Neurological Sciences, Sapienza University of Rome

Current Position
2004 – Ist level at the Universitary Hospital Azienda Policlinico Umberto I, Department of Neurologu and Mental Health, Sapienza University of Rome. Holds the Neurosonology Laboratory of the Department of Neurological Sciences and works in the Stroke Unit of the Department and in the general neurological ward. Also works in the Headache Unit of the Department. Participates to the commission for organ donor identification and organ harvest Teaches “Non-invasive Neurovascular Diagnostic with ultrasound” for: Residents in Neurology; School for technicians in Neurophysiology.
