Massimo Valentino graduated in Medicine at Bologna University where he specialized in Radiology with laude.
He worked in the University Hospital of Bologna, in the University Hospital of Parma and, currently, he is the chief of the Radiology of the Hospital of San Daniele-Tolmezzo, Udine.
He published about 200 articles between journal article and book chapter. His H index is 84 at current.
He is the Director of the Ultrasound School of Tolmezzo

He is associated professor in the Universitary Master of Ecografia Urologica Nefrologica e Andrologica and the Ultrasound Course of the Speciality School of Gastroenterology at the University of Trieste.
He is reviewer for many Journals: European Radiology, American Journal of Radiology, Journal of Ultrasound, La Radiologia Medica.
He is in the Board of the Academy of Emergency Medicine
