Prof. Dr. Dana Liana Stoian is a distinguished figure in the field of endocrinology, currently serving as a Full Professor at the „Victor Babeș” University of Medicine in Timișoara, Romania. With a robust academic background and an impressive career spanning over two decades, she has made significant contributions to both clinical practice and medical education.
Prof. Stoian’s professional journey began with her specialization in endocrinology, evolving from a resident in 1999 to a senior consultant in 2009 at the County Hospital No. 1 in Timișoara. She has held various teaching positions at the „Victor Babeș” University of Medicine, where she has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of medical professionals. Her academic appointments include serving as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and currently as a Full Professor since 2020.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Prof. Stoian has been actively involved in clinical research, focusing on endocrinology and related fields.
